DogLeggs® and DVM Solutions Partner on the RTS Vest -
An Exciting New Product for Remote Telemetry Use

DogLeggs the leader in therapeutic and rehabilitative products for companion animals and DVM Solutions a veterinary distributor serving the progressive practitioner, announce a sales and marketing partnership for the RTS Vest. The RTS Vest is a revolutionary new product for remote telemetry surgical monitoring. In the past the critical problems with remote telemetry solutions have been finding a way to comfortably attach the device to the patient and protect the device and the leads from damage by the patient. “The advent of remote telemetry devices for surgical and critical care monitoring have revolutionized patient care, but all too often the patient has access to the device and leads resulting in bad readings or worse damage to the device. The RTS Vest is the perfect solution to these problems,” says Greg Piehl, president of DVM Solutions.

“The DogLeggs Suit has allowed us to more reliably utilize our PC VetGuard telemetry system and therefore take better care of our critical care patients.  The patients are more comfortable and the telemetry system is more reliable and consistent using the Suit.”

DogLeggs has created innovative soft coverage solutions for the veterinary market for over 7 years such as Adjustable DogLeggs, DogLeggs Hock Sox and DogLeggs Carpal Braces and was able to bring their extensive design knowledge to create the RTS Vest that is not only effective and durable, but also very comfortable for the patient so they tolerate wearing the vest and the device it carries so they just leave it alone. As proof of the effectiveness of this new product DVM Solutions will extend its basic warrantee for the PC-VetGard from 6 months to 9 months when it is used with the RTS Vest because of the extra protection that the vest provides.  The RTS vest comes in a range of sizes to fit almost any size patient.
